Welcome to Edgewater Lodge Hotel. By booking a reservation, staying with us, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of a valid credit card or advance deposit.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

  • All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Final payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and Monroe County. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located within Monroe County, Florida.

9. Updates to Terms

Edgewater Lodge Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
